Introduction.

First, author has to say, that english version of the site is not equal to russian version. Some materials are interesting only for russian readers. Some documents from russian version will be omitted, but other will be added into english version of the site.

Second, although author knows that history is common, he believes that a special view of history (russian, english or other) could exist. Features of the view should depend on culture, traditions, religion, political structure... of society. And recent history of society could affect perceptions about early history.

Therefore, he does not claim any credibility of his judgments or that will attract the attention of readers. However, to have their own opinion and to publish it is not prohibited. Therefore the author believes he has the right to express his opinion on any matter, especially on those matters which he realizes better than professional historians and writers.
